How does it work?
You send your dates and what you’re hoping for. One of us replies, usually within the hour in season, and stays with you until you leave. You ask; we arrange.
What does it cost?
Nothing to ask, and no membership. Each stay is quoted to what you actually want, in one clear account agreed as we go. No platforms, and no mark-up you cannot see.
Can you look after a house we have already booked?
Yes. We will stock it before you arrive, staff it as much or as little as you like, and stay on call for everything around it, whether or not we found it for you.
How far ahead should we be in touch?
A week or two is comfortable. August fills first, and a particular villa, boat or table is easier the sooner we know. Ask late, and we will still try.
Is it discreet?
Always. We work quietly and in the background, and we do not discuss our guests. Discretion is the point.
Who replies?
A person on the island, never a bot or a call centre, and often the one who will look after your stay. Stavros and a small team answer themselves, in season and out.
